Lightning last night!

Anyone see the lightning last night where you live?

I can't recall exactly what time it was but I'd say it was around 2am ish.

Very little thunder but when it went, it was loud!!
The lightning was amazing, lots and lots of streaks of fork lightning from all directions very frequently!
It was very hot and sunny yesterday which is probably why.
Never seen it as striking as that before, saw on the news this afternoon that a house in Chichester was struck which devastated every room.
Chi is only 10 miles from where I live.

Actually as I speak I believe I can here thunder again.. either that or the curry last night is paying off.:D

well, here in mancehster the weather is pretty much thunder weather.. dark and gloomy and "close"...

It is wet now but the last few days have been very hot and sunny.

Lightning is cool, just not too frilled to be struck by it.
