If we are to believe that a 13 year old car has only covered 27000 miles :o

I covered approx 7500 miles in 5 years in my evo 2, have done 800 in my vr4 this insurance year (since april) + now people with classic cars that have only a few hundred miles on the clock so that is believable in my opinion. if you look though the jap auctions vr4s often cpme up with low mileage (although these ones may be clocked lol) + I saw a coty with 21000km on the clock a couple of weeks back, but still, as far as this one is a little bit ott

In fact, ithe more I think about it, the more suspect the mileage is o this car. Why would you fit lpg if covering so few miles. The only thing I can think of is to get round conjestion charge (I think this would qualify but I might be wrong) + the car would cover more miles than that per week getting to + from the congestion zones.
