Alright guys,
just another question anyone know the torque settings for the rockercover bolts as ive just changed me gasket and wanted to know the proper torque settin

I think they are only 6ft/lbs , or was it 15ft/lbs which is not that tight at all

they didnt seem that tight when i changed it but im still gettin the smell of burning oil eg oil on the monifold. As the smells there shortly when i start it up then goes after a min or two

It's basically screwdriver tight! Don't go using a 1/2" rachet!!

M8 is 25Nm in new money ( 15ft/lb will do as john said)
But if wet not clean and dry reduce by 25%
and get the helicoils ready for when the thread strips lol

As Wodj has found, 3.4 Nm.
Please don't tighten them to 25 Nm!

that is low lol.
They must be M5 or just a cautious M6 ( 5mm allen key or 10mm spanner)
I was getting mixed up with the inlet as that is M8 bolts
