My car sitting lower at the back on the driverside? I also think the wheel is sitting further back than it should. Its rubbing on the gaurd and part of the canard at the back. This has only started since i re-installed my sway bar correctly. (it orginally looked like bradc's one here (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=36936&d=1282372889)) However it has always been lower on that car since i bought it...

The shocks and springs were replaced a while back and that did not help

My VR-4 sits slightly lower on the drivers side too. Being a manual it's corner weights are slightly unbalanced to the drivers side without a driver, and it gets worse with a driver!
