Walked down to grab some fish and chips and noticed a unmarked police car sitting on the side of the road, thought that's cool he's trying to snap guys flying up the street. Came back from fish and chips and noticed said officer in same place looking bored. Noticed a car pull up outside a suspected dealers house and thought this would be a convenient opportunity to get the cops onto them. Asked the officer if he'd like to do a spot drug inspection when the car pulled away. He thanked me for the heads up and that 'he'd keep an eye on it'. Figured that meant he probably couldn't be bothered so continued home. After dropping my dinner off I decided just for the hell of it to go out and peek down the street and to my surprise see said car pulled over with blue and red flashing lights behind it.
IMO good on that officer and I hope I didn't just waste his time.
