Is it a simple swap? I had been told before that the splines were different.

Personally, I think that it's an ugliest steering wheel ever. Looks like something from the oldschool bus...:rolleyes3 VR4 Momos is soooo much better looking...
But nice to know. Couple of guys was asking about that over here.../yes

No simply swapping only, need some cutting and wedding works for the steering cap.

Although I haven't installed this one (it is also a momo wheel), but in term of handling, it is really better than VR4 momo cuz the diameter is little bit small (15 inch Vs 14 inch).

Well, if welding and cutting is required, I guess almost ALL steering wheels can be fitted on any cars...
I thought that it was a straight swap.../pan
Thanks for good info anyways /yes

Any chance of getting it in woodgrain? Would really like it to match my interior.

Not completely true. Because EVO 7~9 steering wheel is made by mild steel (instead of leaden alloy) and therefore, welding work is allowed. More importantly, the airbag can work properly with simply changing the plug.
Personally I think this one fits the car even better :D
:o That's a bit of a car crash with the blue seats /TTTH
