Finally got these sorted and working! The gauges are 45mm in size, standard gauges being 52mm.
Positioning could be better, i can't see the top section of the boost gauge from the drivers side but since it's set, i don't really need to see it that clearly; just enough to know that it's just past the 12 o clock position - ie 0.8 bar.
The gauges have been mounted onto mdf sprayed black with some plastic bits cut out where the clock sits.
