Spark Plugs? Spark plugs wires?

I have searched in Halfords, and the book they provided does not have the spark plugs part number for the GLS,
Anybody knows which spark plugs are available for the GLS? And also any spark plugs wires set available for the GLS as well?
How can i take the spark plugs wires off, it looks a little complicated because i had a car before which has similar kind of spark plugs wires, but unfortunately when i try to take it off, i have snapped some clips, so i am asking an advice for this time.

the lead's remove with no hassel at-all,just lift them away slowly round the top part as they clip over a small lip.
as for the plug's i can't remember the code!!! i'm at work but i'll have a look later at my old one's..not that i hold on to old used plug's? :rolleyes: it's just that they were in the car for about a month then i changed them to "iridium item's" :-D
