quick question about roof rails?

how are they attached? i want to remove mine but dont want to be left with holes or anything, are they just simply unclipped?
and on the same note, are the wind deflector things just pull out?

The roof rails are bolted through the roof, and the headlining needs removing to access them. The wind deflectors are usually attached with two or three metal clips and trim tape - the tape normally needs slicing through with a knife.

Yeah.../yes You'll need to strip down almost whole interior if you want to remove the rails...

I'll be leaving them on then. Guessing the bolt holes will need filling?

you could use rubber bungs, but it would look awful IMO
