Can't upload images

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I'm convinced that I am not as not doing anything different to before & uploaded loads in the past. It is the right type of file, right size & following the normal process. Whatever I try, it won't accept it. I get the upload bar moving across & then when it normally completes, I get a exclamation mark in a circle & it stays in the list.

Its working now :) I assume it was just the site or my computer having a hissy fit. 100% not operator error!!!!!!!

No idea, I had another attemp 20 minutes later with exactly the same file & worked. It was almost as if the connection was dropping. Its probably because I was on a PC at the time
