Hey there
right where to start well:-
When i recently got my car, i found out that there was previously a sub and amp in the boot but had all been ripped out by someone in the garage before i got the car.
So anyway i put in my head unit to find none of the speakers are working and with some further poking about and hunting around the car found a MB Quart 2 way crossover behind the glovebox and also one at the drivers side.

The Crossover at the passengers footwell has a section for tweeter/woofer/In The tweeter and woofer cables go into the door so i can only imagine there connected up to the speakers.

The Crossover at the drivers footwell has the tweeter/In going towards the drivers door and the Woofer cable was sitting at the passengers footwell cut. Along with many other cables! So im unsure wether there was a amp at the passengers footwell???

Theres two red cables coming from the bat with inline fuses one of which is at the passengers footwell cut and there is also one at the back in the boot also cut.

In the boot there is the red power cable, A blue cable which i imagine is a neatural for the amp?
And a twin black cable which i thought would of been for Audio??
Also there is two crossover units in the boot which had one input and two outputs on each and wired up to the speakers

I know there is a Tv areial thing on the car which i'll prob never use and not bothered about.

I'll attach photo's if anyone could give me some help, it would be great as i'm a bit lost!

Get some photos up if you can. IT would help to try identify certain wires.

In the boot, the red power cable is most likely the main power feed. I would assume there is another end in the engine bay connected (and fused) to the battery. The blue wire, provided its a tiny thin one, would normally be for 'remote' wiring. Basically a small signal coming from the stereo to activate the amplifier when the stereo is on. As long as the stereo is off, that blue cable is not powered, and therefore the amp doesnt activate.

Battery live (+red) goes to headunit and another one to the amp. The live to both are usually fused.
RCA / phono plugs go from the headunit to the amp.
A remote wire (blue) goes from the headunit to the amp.

Headunit and amp are earthed (black)

From the amp the speaker wires go to the crossover for the midrange and tweeters (if components).
The wiring for the sub is direct from the amp, usually a second amp.

The crossovers are only for the midrange and tweeters, not subwoofer. The speakers are wired into the crossover (output).

Your diagram looks a mess. The crossovers do NOT take battery feed nor are they earthed. The feed is from the amp.

Tbh you should go to someone who can sort this out for you. If things have been torn out the best thing is to take all the wiring out, examine everything and start fresh.
