is it possible to get a leather steering wheel recovered?
if any one has any numbers etc it would a great help

Yep, keep an eye on there as still sorting but work in progress, will have photos & results etc within the next couple of weeks

I asked a local good car trimming company in AU about retrimming a ralliart magna leather wheel and they quoted me $500 - so possible to do a good job, but not cheap.

Have seen some "dodgier" leather recoverings that were probably cheaper but the leather looked puffy and generally like a toy more than a steering wheel.

There are several places I have found & as long as not too far gone, you can get the refurbished without having to get them re-leathered. Normally you are looking at between £50 + £75 to be degreased & refurbed, £120 + £300 to be re-trimmed. If you post up some pictures, I can send some contact details of some places I have already spoken to, depending on what state it is in.

leather gone on one patch so really needs to be covered .
