Car trailer

Does anyone know of any cheap places to hire a car trailer from? Our 1990 viento broke down on our way home from Wanganui last night and we need to retrieve it from my mums place in Raetihi/Ohakune. The tow truck guy reckons the cam belt has snapped.

Does anyone know whether the 4g67 engine will have died if the cam belt snapped? It didn't go bang or anything, it just had no power and then came to a stop. It even clicked down through the gears still... It was torrential rain today and we didn't get a chance to look at it before we got picked up to come home (back to our reliable VR-4's :happy:)

So yeah if anyone knows of somewhere cheap I can get a car trailer (with a winch) from, or even if someone knows of one I can borrow for a few dollars (or a few beers) that'd be awesome :happy:

most hire places have them,

if the cambelt has gone it will be porked, most mitsi motors are interferance, the 4gxx are,

mine never went bang either when the belt snapped, (4g63)
bit of rattle/clacking (when the pistions it the valves) and that was the end of that.
