Permission to use Club VR-4 logo and file request - Who to ask?

Hi guys,

Im looking into selling some custom art for members, im getting one made for a member for free to test the idea and get his feedback / endorsement if he likes it when i come to sell to other members.

As part of the design i would like to include the club the member is in, so i was wondering who i need to ask to get permission to use the club vr4 logo in the product for any orders from club vr4 members, and if i can , is there a file i can grab to use (jpeg or gif etc)

Can you send us a draft of what you propose to do? It may obviously be of interest to members anyway, but the Committee should probably review and rubber stamp it. It's not really something which crops up very often, and when it does, is only for personal use, normally.
