CVR4 Media Library

Next to be tackled is………. CVR4 Media Library

Moving forwards CVR4 will no longer be hosting Videos (like we used), instead we will make use of Youtube - after all they are experts in video hosting!

What i am looking to do is twofold.
1) Upload the old CVR4 videos to YouTube (if i can find them.... they are AWOL atm :s)
2) Install an modification which allows us to categorise videos and discuss. (Media Library (http://www.8wayrun.com/media.php))

I come cap in hand, tbh - I'm looking for a little assistance to locate all the relevant videos on YouTube which we can then start linking to using the above modification. This primarily (but not limited to) should consist of videos taken by members who are happy for them to be hosted on CVR4.

Maybe someone on CVR4 has a wealth of videos hosted which we can us? Maybe they are scattered all over, but either way I would love it if we could get them all collated in this thread so that I can easily import them into the Media Library.

If you have a videos hosted (or know of some) on youtube and you are happy for them to be linked to from CVR4 please don’t hesitate to post a link :)

I am open to any other suggestions surrounding the up and comming CVR4 Media Library :)

As you may have noticed the media library is now available to cvr4 members, im still testing and making modifications to for now I welcome suggestions and ideas on improvements.

Thanks all - I haev made the Library avaialble from the Club VR4 Drop down menu and opened it up to the public, please note that I'm still working on some permissions so for the time being there will be no video submissions.

additionally, the media library is currently open to the public, after all CVR4 is supposed to be the ultimate resource for Galants and Legnums, a Global store of videos fits this requirement - If you feel any of the above videos should be removed from public viewing please state and ill do the required.

To combat this I am looking to apply permissions per category, i.e. have a members only category whereby they will not be viewable by non CVR4 members , this would allow you to upload to youtube using the "private" feature and link directly to it from the media library - this is feature is WIP, please bear with me.

The following video formats will be supported.
