Headlamp adjustment

How do i adjust the drivers side headlamp on my car ??

it's sat pretty high and seems to be dazzling peeps.....plus m.o.t. is coming up soon and it's a fail if not aligned properly.

some pictures would be a great help as theres that many wires and shiznit on the back of the headlamo unit i dont know where to start.

open the bonnet and look at the back of the headlight unit. you will see a nut with teeth. that is what you turn to adjust the aim of the headlight. there is also one on the main beam but its obvious which is which. im not sure which way you turn to raise and lower so you will have to use trial and error. so will i as i deliberately raised mines although i dont use the top click on the switch unless its a dark road with nothing coming towards me

Mike (Miller) did a really good write up on this with pictures and arrowed adjusting screws if memory serves me so maybe worth searching for.
