I've always wanted a Plasma Ball!! ever since I visited the Science Museum in London, bare in mind that must have been well over 15 years ago, I've been many times since, anyway..
My mum and dad were out shopping today and bought me one :wiggle: special offer on one of the big ones, only £15.
I'm happier than a pig in sh*t but...
I've either got a ghost or it's the ball, but my light now turns off on its own and comes on, on its own.
I'm an Electrician and I can verifiy that all is okay with the wireing but I do have a remote light switch that obviously turns on and off with a remote but you can also just touch the plate to turn it on and off and if you hold your hand or any part of skin on the swith face it works as a dimmer.
Now when you hold the Plasma Ball and do this.. you can almost get the same effect from the ceiling light as you can from the Plasma Ball! :D simple things please simple minds, but I thought I should share this with you all.
Now back to starring at the ball and touching it watching the little bolts of lightning follow me finger. :D
