Only need to replace your fly if it damaged.
Unless you want to go to a lighter one?

A little grease.
Should not need anything else =)

Check your Pivot Ball for wear, and the fork.
If your clutch fork is not centre of the hole, add a washer to the pivot ball.

crank seal, (like doing the water pump when you do the cambelt)
preventative maintenance,

flywheel at minimum has to be ground.

Might want to edit your email address so it doesn't get attacked by spambots / other nasties?

It was indeed, sold to a guy off here as well :)

I think you can get the button ones as well, but would probably kill the drivability a bit.

And spring retainer goes flywheel-side, huh Q? :P

I have the button in mine and would advise not to purchase one just becasue of the driveability. But when you are giving it the berrys its bloody great clutch.

Not sure, have only done around about 9,000km on this clutch. So depending on what condition the clutch is in, prob just reinstall it when i put the new gearbox in. But have had the organic HD before and it was all good

Check out Autoclutch as well - they do much better "racing" and true "heavy duty" carbon/kevlar clutches than the Pink Exedy crap. http://www.autoclutch.co.nz/

I used to have a ceramic 5-puck in my RVR (same flywheel, gearbox as a leggie, bolted up to 4G63T engine) and it didn't last long, was not very drivable and would skid for a rotation or two before it held (when it held, it was solid, however). Currently using a carbon/kevlar unit with the Exedy pressure plate rebuilt to 3700lbs and it is sweet for the road, track and drags. Highly recommend it. :)

yeah id recommend them aswell, they did the clutch cover for my car,
4400lb evo 8 cover, i supplied my own 5 puk ACT ceramic disk, and the made the cover to suit it, and ground and balance the fly
