Go and have a chat to Mark @ Jr's in Taita. Or Julian Cheer from Carterton. :) Mark will give out advise quite happily.

Heh yea some certers are muppets. The plate on both of my cars says the wheels are half an inch thinner then they are.
And apparently the VR4 is an inline 4, never mind the badge that says V6 then.

before anyone does certs please ensure that you install anything or everything you wanted to as this will be taken into acount, and yes cert is $505,the car basically goes thru a glorified WOF,wheel to guard clearance is checked, suspension, exhaust clearances,oh and sometimes theyr sticky now bout not having a Catylic converter too,but make sure you get the exhaust if aftermarket certed aswell as there a new law re eftermarket exhausts ok.

contact me if you need more info or help im happy to offer

Wrong size/offset Mike... Should really go 17/18x8 +30-38 hence why I suggested evo wheels... Plus those wheels have the wrong stud pattern.....
