H7 for low beam,H1 for high beam mate. You'll need a pair of custom made rings to fit the bulbs properly in the cluster. Is not too easy to change the bulbs,I would recomend to take out the headlights and you can be sure you'll not damage the HID bulbs.

Mate before you start doing a hid conversion there is a few things you need to know it's not as simple as fitting the kit and off you go firstly you need upgraded reflectors to take the extra heat from the bulbs or they can melt they need to be ce marked aswell secondly you need self leveling lights to legally have xenons fitted also a light wash system the mot is going to change this year ref hid conversions if your lights arnt upgraded to above they won't pass and won't be street legal, I know this cause i was going to do the same on my hilux and ran into these probs I'll find the link on the hilux forum and post it with hints tips and advice how to get round some of the probs but like I said if they don't meet the above spec there not legal.

The bulbs won't melt the reflectors in standard 8G lights. Apart form the start-up voltage, the HIDs run at a lower voltage, which helps. However, the pattern spread will almost certainly be awful. You would need a modified reflector - more projector style - to get a good pattern. As mentioned, the MoT law appears to be tightening regarding after-market xenons too.
