I have no international network access. Can't get through to any of their f--king numbers and their service status on their sure says that everything is fine when clearly it isn't.

Grrrrr! Am suitably enraged and will definitely be changing providers after this.

Finally they have updated their site. Only took them an hour.

1st the bend us over with limited broadband. then they charge us more for a faster but capped broadband.
gief me back my unlimited plan you assholes!

i had this too and had to reset my router to fix it

I have been healed... no router reset required. I can now continue with my tasks :)

Had to do that myself with a customer the other week, Clear had a freaking bizarre issue with google image search, the first page would load, then subsequent pages wouldn't. Set the dns to 8.8.8.8 and it worked fine. Took clear about 2 weeks to fix it

try vodafone.. we started with telecom CRAP! then slingshot CRAP! and now vodafone. best so far and no issues at all! better prices then the other 2 aswell

You mean slingsh1t... I'm with sling around $105 p/m for 40Gb (free off-peak 2am-8am) and home phone but rarely will i see speeds above 3Mbps. And yes my plan is full speed (well, they state it "as fast as my line will handle")

we are on vodafone home and BB package and its great even got sky hdi and loving it.... roughly 150pmnth

Since moving to Whangarei my average speedtest.net result has gone from 15/16Mbps to 3.5Mbps :( I am apparently 2.5km from the nearest exchange (in town)... ghey.

i'm with orcon the plan i have with them no1 else has been able to beat and i no this cause we get door knockers all the time
