The biggest problem seems to be depth, people often have 100mm intercoolers which dont seem to fit without reo bar cutting.. 75/76mm seems too.. not sure about 80.

One mob who sells a kit claiming no reo bar cutting says 600x260x76 is the biggest you can fit in there reasonably. So you might be in with a chance.

600 x 300 x 76mm fits with with no cutting of the front protection beam. Only slight modification to the bonnet catch needed.

Is the 76mm the limiting factor for the reobar?

Pack the impact bar out and/or lower the cooler a bit you should get it to fit, but you'll have to knock back the vertical radiator support and cut the bottom off the horizontal radiator support to make it fit nicely.

Yes 76mm is max at 300mm deep. But going to 100nm thick won't show any benefit. And IMHO is deffo not worth modifying the protection beam for!

Myself and Brad have managed to get a 600x300x76 intercooler fitting without any mods needed. We haven't bolted it on at the bottom but it doesn't move - it is on a slight angle under the impact beam.

Bonnet catch required no modifications either.

As long as you work around what is in the way you will be fine.

I reckon it hands too low for my liking doing that, I had mine installed that easy for a week or 2 before I bit the bullet and lifted it up
