Soon i'm going to let me make some new downpipes for my car.
Now i want to know whats the best size to drive with?
I'm driving with the tweaked ecu (0.9/1.0bar boost)
My exhaust is now 3" from the downpipes to the end.

What will be the best to let it made? 2x 2,5" from the turbo's to 3" pipe together?
3" from the turbo's till the decat (then is everything 3")

And what flanges will fit? can i fit an normal 2,5" or 3" flange or do i have to use the original flanges?

Cheers Mark

2.5" from turbo's to 3" after seems to be the way to go. Nutter John used to have flanges. Not sure if he still has them but may be worth an ask.

Yes, 2x 2.5" from the turbo's coming together in 3" will fit. I bought a PS-Iida downpipe a few years back (that is 2x 2.5" -> 3"). Tried to install it on the VR2 but the custom exhaust was (is) lined up like the original V6 N/A exhaust and won't fit any original or aftermarket downpipe. Nonetheless: your to-be-made custom downpipe will work with 2x 2.5" -> 1x 3".
