I've just pulled this off my car as I'm going for a hard pipe kit and there is no point in separating it.

It is already attached to a pipe that goes in place of the soft pipe after the intercooler, see below pic.

present dollar exchange rate would make it 300 NZD new.

he should get maybe around 200 for it. as it pretty much is ready to bolt on.

Correct - it is ready to bolt on. All that is needed are two joiners and you can reuse the existing vacuum hosing. Only thing I don't have is the blanking plug - but those are easy to get made or buy.

If you mean blanking plug for the factory dump valve, then you can simply use the existing dump valve by turning it around (i.e. taking it out and reinstalling it the wrong way around) which will block the pipes off :).
