not knowing much about turbos my self I sat in bed last night be crashign as i normally do and i thought to my self.

what is the difference between a kkr280, TD04 and a garrett gt28 series?

also on that note.. does anyone know what turbo the 4L turbo falcon uses? I can find upgrades but not the factory turbo model.

Chinese KKR280s on ebay for £170 each. Any comments on these?

there is a thread on here where someone has fitted two kkr280's on a vr4. worked ok i think but if i remember right they blew up pretty quick, unsure if it was due to the turbo of wrong installation, personally im going with 2 garett gt2860rs turbos

i myself like the td05hr from the evo 4-9.. good response from 3500 to the redline.

currently have a chinese td06 25g.. lags like a mofo.. but pulls hards after 5000 rpm.


i think the ford would be along the lines of a gt35r?, im not sure but they sure look big.
