Just got some Magnecor leads from an FTO to try out on the VR4, I will let you know after the weekend if they fit, and what they are like.

Aha!

Will be interested to hear your views on them....

Do any of the V6 FTOs use a dizzy? You see, whilst the VR-4 flavoured 6A13 has coils, the n/a 6A13 has the more traditional contact breaker and coil design.

none of the FTO V6`s have distributors they all have coil packs. Its just if the leads are the same length.

Bugger! So that means (if you find that FTO leads are a suitable substitute) that I can't just go and order a FTO set then... :sad3:

Have had set of red Magnecors on the kit cars pinto for 6 months now. Cured the misfire at ~4500 rpm and look coooool too.

Shame you won't see them hidden under the cover. 8mm or 10mm? quite a bit bigger than standard- will they fit in the recesses?
