I think if you search for threads by HMG1K you will find some useful info...

Or just do a search about the subject...

i have a full set of Ultra Power bulbs (5000k) up front and silvatech indicators/repeaters. they look fantastic giving a blue tint to the headlamp but a crisp white light. my neighbour thought i had HIDs. the sidelight bulbs dont stay blue for long so i am now searching for LED upgrades which seem to only be available online.

if you are on FB, click on my homepage to see a new shot of the headlight. i knew there was a bit of blue reflecting around but with the car jacked up (adjusting the angle of my view) i noticed the entire reflecting surface in the headlamp unit looks blue

that does look like them. 501 is probably the most common type but mitsi used them for number plate lights and the lights at the bottom of our doors. We get the rare cap type!

Is anyone sure if they are the right sidelight bulb so i can order them? Dipped beam ultra 5000k bulbs fitted and a huge difference, looks fantastic.
