Looks like head gasket problem - could do with dropping the engine of a facelift one in to get rid of that annoying tapping noise too - good news is hubby already on the look out for another VR4

£250 mate i am in birmingham the engine is running and sounds sweet you are more than welcome to come and view before i take it out.

i got the car cheap and am not after making loads of money from it so if it helps another member then why not the price is only for the engine and nothing else the turbos are sold already.

thats fine will need some time to get the engine out. i was thinking if you come on sunday you can see and hear the engine running and then i will get the mechanic to take it out it will take approx 2 hrs and then we can load it in the van for you. the price i has said is for the engine only i.e no turbos, starterm alternator, etc.. pls let me know so ican book the mechanic i also can get hime to fit it for you if that helps.

what else do you need i have loads of spares.

hell the garage at ur's if nearly full amesh bet if u had a good shell you cud make a full car lol dude you cud do a test cut on that for pick up pmsl

it was full threw a lot of stuff away the ute will come as will the trailer. did you sort out your exhaust mate.
