View Full Version : Clock gone awal?
Noticed in a mates STR, now my vr4. The clock just looses the plot.. you set it - next time you get in the time has changed to something random..
Anyone got information about this?
Thought I was 3 hours late for working yesterday until checked heard the time on the radio haha

Had a problem in my Galant that was the same as that.
There was a loose connection in the wiring to the clock.
Does your clock sometimes go blank while you are driving?

I suspect it is dry solder joints. Can be quickly fixed. I had mine fixed at the dealer.

Sounds like you got an electrical fault like I had in the galant.
KiwiTT is probably on the right track with it being a dry solder joint.
hehe, I didn't get mine fixed... It was just one of the reasons I got a new car... a VR4!

My previous legnum and my current legnum had that problem. It's been discussed in the forums elsewhere. It's a common fault.
