1) matt/satin black paint over the auto bits, no odo change issues

2) cant help, but its really not needed for a conversion

3) i have a manual throttle body(bare) $35 inc standard post, can add the stepper and tps for extra if needed

5) auto one will do the same job, or if you have a flashable ecu, just flash a manual rom on

I already know it's not needed, it's just wanted :) We don't have a flashable ECU. Has the TPS been removed already or is it still on there? How much extra? What do you mean by Stepper?
