Been to the bunker today and tried the wide wing on...............some filler required and some finishing.

But what do you think??

I can't decide. I am in two minds. Hhummmmmm.........

On the one hand it will look monstrous. On the other hand it is looking less and less like a galant as time goes on. It would be a shame if it is not identifyable as a galant when it goes out. But it would be good if it looks even meaner and it is still recogniseable!

One other thought - how easy will it be to put on a trailer if it grows that much sideways?

The plan is to do the back as well........starting from the front door and gradually building to the extra 5" on each side.

It will still be a Galant......just a mega Galant with 15" wide slicks on eack corner!!!! :D

Just to hijack a thread, found 2 5 speed Tip boxes hes going to give me a price tomorrow but I think they may be too expensive and two 4 speeds would be better are they are more common when we blow em up :) Im working on it !

Looks like the 4 speeds will do.......150mph will be good for 9 second passes!

Bigger tyres will see that go up a bit!
