Well not to be to out done by Adam on the fine work he did with this years CVR4 calendar I thought I would produce one for myself with some of the shots that I did down at Oulton Park this year.

Ive tried to go for a cross section of the events that took place their this year and so not all the pics are great, some being a little soft.

Please give us some feed back so that I can improve on next year. Cheers

Nice pic there mate.
You do one of those web sites that that take pictures of every car at a track day and then sell the pictures to people.
You could make loads of money doing that. And if you charge small amount for each pic then loads of people would want them, say £4 a pic, as long as it is a good one you would probably sell one to every one that takes part. Most places I have come across charge about £15 for a pic so price it low and sell loads.
Just a thought

Cheers Nev. Its just a side line but ive ideas for next year. Just trying to get hold of A3 printer at the moment got more or less all the other stuff so who nows.

Dave....Lol.

Andy...... just getting them binded and ill have one up to you soon. No flogging it on E bay tho, these things will be priceless in years to come.

Davezj......Thought about this a few times but really need to perfect things a little. I was doing some stuff last year and got one guy from Colcester who was doing his first outting. Photos werent brill but he was that chuffed about having some photos that I blew them up to A4 size and lamanated them for him, I got £10 and stayed in touch with him so that when he comes to Oulton ill keep a look out for him and get some shots of him at different points on the track.

with regard to the pictures and pricing, you could send people the picture file for about £3-£4 and they can then print it out them selves or you could print it and send them it to them for just short of £10 (£9.50ish) for a high quality A4 print.
for this sort of stuff you havel make people part with the cash without really thinking about it, make it an, i might as well have the picture as it is only £3.50 and i can print it out myself, or an, it's only £9.50 the others charge £15 pic, i can get 2 good quality pics from this guy for just over what it would have cost me for 1 pic from those other guys.
if you see what i mean.

Some really nice pics there, I looked into selling photos a while ago on a photo selling site but the particular site I was looking at was blimmin' awkward to get started on so lost interest but after doing this calendar I was thinking of doing another calendar for next year (seperate from the club calendar) as I took about 1300 photos at RIAT the Royal International Air Tattoo this year (or last year I should say) and got some stunning pics so was toying with the idea of trying to sell a calendar on ebay or something but anyway some very nice pics dude and I quite like the calendar design, it's kinda very simple, but functional.
