Do a search on hydraulic lifters or lash adjusters.

Proma is one product available here, about $25 per bottle. But it is only a temporary 'fix', seems to last about 5000 km from what I'm told. Redo with oil change each time. Only permanent fix is to replace the lifter(s) but it ain't really a problem to the engine, it is just a sign of wear and noise. Our VR4 has only done about 34,000 km so no noise for a while yet.

Colloidal Graphite is graphite ( carbon flakes ) in suspension in oil. The flakes tend to thicken up the oil, give it a bit more body and therefore take up more of the gap in the lifters thus cushioning and reducing the annoying tap.
