Anyone near Duns, Borders, United Kingdom? Possibly need help

Hi Everyone,
I want to bid on something on ebay but the guy won't delivery or allow me to arrange one to collect as hes not always there. Is anyone near to here that could collect a part so I can arrange a courier for collection from another address for some petrol money. Just thought I would check otherwise its not worth bidding.
