Been fiddling today with how the header behaves, if you experience any problems etc please respond and i'll double check my code - I've checked on most modern browsers, with exception of IE6, which i no longer support.
Changes.
Basic Bar now has it's own row at top of site, rather than overlapping the header
Changed how you log into forums, this now has its own row at the top of the page. (still needs tweaking and aligning)
Reduced size of header, changed header logo, added more background images.
Other minor tweaks depending on user status i.e. awaiting email authentication, banned etc - these generally shouldn't affect the majority of the CVR4 Users.
Brand new Notices including: PM full, Banned, Membership Expiry, Non Members, New Registered Users and registered users - some comical, others not :)
