Can you translate it? (http://www.carnews.com.tw/option/option_detail.asp?Article_No=00001123&UnitId=0101)

If anyone knows a good online translator from Chinese to English... information in the article seems to be quite interesting:

575ps/7200rpm
64.5kgm/5500rpm
0~60mph 3.80
0~400 12.09/192km/h
296km/h
Galant VR-4

http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr did it and using CHinese Tradition text to english was the best match, but it's still hard to make sense of it.

1/4 in under 12 seconds? On only 350 HP?

350 at the wheels. Must be a reasonable amount more at the flywheel. If stripped down to the bare essentials, under 12 is not that unreasonable, surely?

It is a front wheel drive VR4 with twin TD04L turbo. (also big intercooler and HKS F-CON etc...)
350hp、49.1kgm@1.2 bar. 0-100km/h:5.38sec、0-400m:11.93sec
They said VR4 is too weight compare with EVOs but because the twin turbo system is very effective, they still get a good reasult(11.93s) with the car.

That is the general idea of the article.

PS: Does TD04L bolt straight on?

According to the article that is a EVO 6.5 which is build by the same garage as that VR4s

I fail to see how a sub 12 is possible with 350WHP - especially in FWD format. Speak to Zentac about this, he has loadsapower to the front wheels and can only crack 13.7 in his toy car!

"When 2Bar accomplishes 350hp, 49.1kgm wheel outputs" ... So its WHP after all... and that translates to ~ 469BHP (apprx).

TD04L is a MHI turbo, not IHI, and they don't seem to be "bolt on replacement". And can they hold 2 bar to the red line?

With 5.38 sec 0-60 time (due to Front Wheel Drive, I guess...), on 4WD VR4 car this setup can produce low 11's or even break the 11 sec barrier!

The car is modded by a record breaking evo tuner, with the combination of engine enhancement and improve grip by using the best tyres available, why not?
