I was turning left at a light not getting on it hard I went to shift to second gear at about 4 thousand rpm as soon as I let off the clutch to give throttle I felt and heard a bang sound and I could not move into any gear. I can still shift into all gears I'm puzzled what is it that could of caused this problem?

Yours is a 6th gen VR-4, which most of us aren't familiar with on here, but it sounds like it could be a clutch, or gearbox or diff issue. If the gear selector and clutch pedal feel good I'd start by dropping oils from the gearbox and diffs to see what they look like. Oh, and check all the driveshafts, it could be you have ripped a cv joint apart or stripped some splines.

when you say wont move into any gear, do you mean that it just wont go forward at all, can you get into gear when the car is/isnt running?
