Dismantling wing mirror

Hey all,
Has anyone taken apart a wing mirror to replace the glass? I have a full replacement wing mirror here but the colour is different so I am hoping just to transfer the glass.

Im hoping someone has done this before to point me in the right direction.

Just stick a screwdriver or key under the glass and prise it off. It is just clipped in.

Yeah, from the bottom, middle - has some sticky back sponge padding, once unclipped it should just slide out (bottom = clips, top = hooks)
