silver/amber bulb's!

anyone else using these silver looking amber flashing indicator bulb's?

last tuesday i finaly fitted my front clear indicator's,took 1 look at the "in yer face" amber bulb's.........straight on to ebay and bought "silvatech-bulb's",they came on thursday and i fitted them,they are 21w bulb's (standard indicator bulb watage) they look way-far better but they seam to be dull!,does the silver burn off a bit,or should i try get stronger watage bulb's?

I'm pretty sure thats the same type I'm using..... I thought they seemed ok, maybe a little less bright, but not much.....

lets face it, nothing can be worse than the Golf and 206 indicators!! I cant understand why anyone would design an indicator in the middle of the headlight cluster? you simply cannot see them when the headlights are on...

oh me oh my... all i seem to do is winge :lipsrseal

i'll live with it till either the police say something or till someone does'nt notice me indicating?
