Compressor Surge

Now i have my inlet mani sorted, i have another problem i wanna try get to the bottom of. I have a forge copy aluminium recirc bov in the car to replace the std plastic one. It came with a blue spring installed which was the evo boost spring setting, it also had a yellow & red spring in the box but with no instructions on different boost to match the springs. I keep getting the compressor surge sound quite loud in the car when letting the foot off the throttle, does this mean the spring in the bov is still too strong? I am currently running 0.9 bar with a blitz ebc.

I have now fitted the red spring spring into the bov as this seems to be the softest & getting the same problem, if it is still too strong can i modify one of the springs to help cure this problem?
