In the trunk is always a good spot, unless you want to move it to somewhere else in the engine bay. If you move it to the trunk you can upgrade all your wires too...I was thinking of doing this later on this year to actually be able to fit "something" in my engine bay. Where the battery sits in my engine bay, that's the only spot a turbo or SDS system can go...So, the trunk is the only logical spot. But, if you get a gel cell battery, you can mount it just about anywhere you can think, upside down, sideways, whatever...there are alot of options with those...

A couple have done it with the galant, locating it at the side of the boot. I don't know of a legnum that has been done - placing in the boot would destroy the flexibility of the load space.

This gel cell sounds interesting, though?!

hmmmm yeah if i could get a small one like that i could mount it where my cd stacker is & it'll be completely out of the way.

i'll get it done in the new year & i have no space in the boot of my legnum as it is, that space waz built for subs & amps :)

hey birdman you got anymore pics of ur car?
