Does anyone know what size/type of actuator would be compatible with our TD03's? I have seached the net for a direct replacement for our TD03, but am empty handed.

Cheers

In case you won't source any used one...
Why not to buy any with the same opening pressure (7 psi?) and adjust rod (bending, extensions etc.)?

That was my question Tomasz. I know there aren't any direct replacements, but wondered if anyone knew a specific after market actuator that would be best suited to our car. ie: size, length, position of bracket etc I know they are not gonna fit direct and i will have to do some modifying. But the closer to the OEM actuator, the better /yes

I'm afraid there are no any bolt-on solutions. IMO, bracket needs some fabrication and push rod too. First try to fabricate bracket. Once actuator is in place it would be easier to adjust push rod.

Not sure Glenn. I was convinced that wastegate pressure is 0.47 bar in a/t and 0.55 bar in manual. So it's rather 8 psi.
