I guess it's a typo - main body of the ad reads:

"Please Read:
Item will be posted once paid for in full.
Item Postage is an extra cost at £1.20.

Please email if you’re unsure of fitment to your vehicle."

Doesn't say it's an official Mitsubishi part, though ...
