Why not trusting WMS?

My thoughts exactly... The MitsuColt guys rate them very highly.... Just look at the FTO-Mivec engined CJs that they've done! Wow!

Yeah, spotted them on ebay too.
Asked a question at the time & got the reply that they were removed from a crashed car and were used for a pattern to make some uprated turbos and had not been dismantled, etc.

If they hadn't put a starting price of £150 (exactly the same price as they are advertised for on their website!!) I may have put in a bid, but £150 just to put away as an insurance policy against future turbo problems is too much even for me. :-D

Well they didn't sell them on eBay before, and they ain't sold for £150 now - why not give them a call and make them an offer ?

I'm tempted Pete, as I know that if I don't ever need them then they'd always be available should another member need them (at cost price).

Or if I had a smoky turbo or something then there would be no problem as it would be a "spend-to-save" argument & a totally different proposition.

Just that money's real tight at the moment.

Perhaps the Club could buy them?? :p :p :p

I have no objections.......fancy giving 'em a call and getting a price ? Then will put it to the committee

If you don't ask you don't get. No harm in asking. I'll give them a bell tomorrow.

Saw you spoke to them via ebay too.
