missing messages

I had a load of messages save which contained information that i need, can anybody tell where they could have gone please

We wouldn't have deleted anything. I'm not aware of any issues that would have caused such a loss.

The only theory that may have some weight is have you recently renewed your membership after its expiry? If so, if you were over the PM limit for registered users, the system may have deleted the excess - I don't know if this would happen, but it's a thought. Hopefully, Barry can elaborate further when he gets chance.
