it keeps stalling when i get off the throttle at the lights, and also is a step step on how you connect it to an evoscan to data log it?

sorry i forgot to add, the turbos suck so much air in its like a jet but the cars not going anywhere, i did do a boost leak test was fine no leaks :(...and the car sputters under boost.

No step by step has been written as far as I am aware, but it's not hard!

The cheapest method is like this:

1.) Purchase Evoscan software from here (http://www.evoscan.com/evoscan-gps-obdii-cables/details/4/1/performance-vehicle-pc-diagnostic-interfaces/mitsubishi/subaru/obdii/can-evoscan-software);
2.) Get a cheap VAGCOM cable off eBay, such as this one (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/VAGCOM-USB-KKL-409-1-Cable-AUDI-Volkswagen-OBD2-OBDII-Car-Diagnostic-Scanner-/170798766184?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27c4665868);
3.) Short pins 1&4 on the cable, or on the diagnostic connector under the dash so that the VAGCOM cable works with Evoscan. The diagnostic codes guide (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?45151-Reading-the-VR-4-s-Diagnostic-Codes&highlight=code%29) helps to identify the pins, as they are the same pins that you short to read the diagnostic codes ('flashy dash').

You should then be able to install Evoscan on a laptop and connect it to the car, and start logging using the software.

Don't know how did you boost leak test, but all symptoms indicate massive air surge.
I'd rather check again all turbo pipes, vacuum lines and dv.

its a single turbo conversion. i made blocked off the cooler piping on the throttle body side and made a compressor adaptor for the turbo inlet mouth and connected it to the compressor and could hear leaks and the boost guage held 20psi steady :/.. thanks for the advice guys :D...
