Hi All,
Want to re-ask the assembled brains on the forum about a condition that miraculously cured itself DURING the MOT and lasted for 1 journey home after passing the test. Fault was present when I arrived at the MOT centre and I was fearing a failure.
The LED illuminated dash does not light up in daylight mode (i.e. when the headlights are not on). They do come on sufficient to use in daylight but dimmer :seeking: - as they should - when the side/headlights are on but in this condition the other illuminated items - switches, A/C and clock - are generally too dim to see without close inspection/squinting in the bright summer sun :sunny:.
Because of the intermittant nature I guess that it is probably connections somewhere. Any clues where or where/what else to check?
p.s. dimmer rheostat is working fine
Thanx in Advance
Barney
