Selling up the blow-off valve I used to have on my car - I've switched to an HKS SSQV.
It looks to be a Turbosmart clone - it's also known as a Monza Type III.
This one still works absolutely fine, but I found that it didn't open much with 7 psi boost. I've looked around and apparently these ones work better above 10 psi due to the strong spring inside.
34mm inlet on it, but I don't have the metal pipe for it anymore as it's part of my intake - you could get a piece from an exhaust shop. It has 3 hex bolts that secure onto the pipe. The little trumpet thing also unscrews as per the below pics.
It's in pretty good condition - it's a little dirty from being in the engine bay, and there are a few scratches from where the BOV goes in.
Not wanting much for it, make me an offer.
