quick fluid question

i have to replace my clutch master and slave cylinder today, i have a unopened bottle of motul 5.1 dot brake fluid can i use this to refill the master cylinder or should i use a different dot fluid?

There's no probs with DOT 4.0 or DOT 5.1 for us. It's if it is DOT 5.0 that it's not to be used!
