Theft insurance (SORN)

Does any one have an insurance policy for a car that they don't drive? Whether it be SORNed or not?

I've decided i'm not going to drive the Evo through the winter, but not sure I want to part with 600 quid for an "on the road" policy

Would it be cheaper to rent a secure lockup or storage facility?

Best you can do is a limited mileage policy yearly then up your mileage accordingly during the summer months....its the only way, trust me I sorned mine for the winter.....i looked at all options

Thankfully my next policy on the Evo is a classic insurance one!

Well sorn insurance offered me 118 quid for 6 months. That'll do me nicely
